meet Lily Petroff: MA, AMFT, CMT
Lily (She/her) is a psychotherapist, long-time meditator, and former social justice educator practicing on the traditional homelands of the Southern Pomo and Graton Rancheria Indigenous peoples, now widely known as Sebastopol, CA.
Her therapeutic style is warm, relational, gentle, and deep. Lily spent much of her teenage years and twenties seeking relief from suffering and answers to life's existential questions by steeping herself Buddhist philosophy, practice, and community. While she maintains a fond relationship to meditation and contemplative practice, she holds an awareness of how spiritual teachings and teachers, while well-intended can re-traumatize and disempower individuals.
Lily is affirming of the LGTBQIA+ rainbow, neurodivergence, all relationship structures, and is committed to a life-long study and practice of embodied anti-racism.
She is passionate about helping people connect with, and trust that silent, loving voice within from which healing, direction, and purpose naturally emerge.

When you turn the corner
And you run into yourself
Then you know that you have turned
All the corners that are left.
