Welcome to my therapy practice. I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with people whose nervous systems have been carrying too much for too long—stress, fear, or a sense of being stuck. Through a steady, attuned relationship, I help you reconnect with your body, your safety, and the parts of you that are ready to heal.

meet Lily Petroff: LMFT, CMT
Hi, I’m Lily (she/her). I’m a licensed psychotherapist, long-time meditator, and former social justice educator practicing on the traditional homelands of the Southern Pomo and Graton Rancheria peoples—now known as Sebastopol, CA.
My style is warm, relational, gentle, and deep. I spent much of my teens and twenties searching for relief from suffering and clarity around life’s big, existential questions. That path led me deeply into Buddhist philosophy, meditation, and spiritual community.
While I still have a deep appreciation for contemplative practice, I also hold a strong awareness of the ways spiritual teachings—however well-intentioned—can sometimes disempower or re-traumatize.
I affirm and welcome people across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, neurodivergent folks, and those in diverse relationship structures. I’m committed to a lifelong practice of embodied anti-racism and cultural humility.
More than anything, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with the quiet, loving inner voice from which healing, direction, and purpose naturally emerge.
